At NXTRND, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the gear is unworn and includes all original tags to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
